What does CultureMonkey integrate with?
CultureMonkey integrations fall into four groups, by the job they do rather than by vendor:
- HR systemsSync employees and their attributes from Workday, BambooHR, Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho People, Workline, Freshservice or SAP SuccessFactors, or load them by CSV. ADP is on the roadmap.
- ChannelsDeliver surveys and reminders by email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SMS or WhatsApp.
- Sign-inSAML single sign-on through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, OneLogin or any SAML 2.0 provider.
- DataScheduled exports to Power BI, Tableau, BigQuery, Azure Synapse or Amazon S3, plus APIs to push data to your endpoint or pull it on your schedule.
Keep your employee list in step with your HRIS
A one-way, read-only sync brings employees, teams and reporting lines in, so every survey goes to the right people and every report cuts by the right groups. Twice a week by default, or daily if enabled.
Workday
Imports employees, teams, locations and reporting lines from a Workday report.
BambooHR
Syncs your BambooHR directory, including teams, locations, business units and reporting lines, into CultureMonkey on a schedule.
Darwinbox
Syncs employees and their mapped profile attributes, including nested team structure and reporting hierarchy, from Darwinbox into CultureMonkey.
SAP SuccessFactors
Periodic sync of employees and profile information.
ADP
Imports employees from ADP, with their teams, locations and managers.
Keka
Syncs employees plus the org structure they sit in: teams, sub-teams, locations, business units and reporting lines.
Zoho People
Pulls employee profile and reporting data.
Workline
Periodic employee sync.
Freshservice
Syncs employees, and departments and locations alongside them.
Reach people where they already read messages
Surveys and reminders go out over the routes your workforce actually uses, and most organizations run more than one, because no single channel reaches everyone.
The default for most workforces. Always on, with delivery managed end to end for your domain.
Slack
A CultureMonkey bot delivers survey invites and reminders in Slack; responses are collected in CultureMonkey.
Microsoft Teams
The CultureMonkey bot delivers surveys inside Microsoft Teams.
SMS
Text-message invites and reminders for deskless staff without regular email.
Survey invites on people's phones, and a contact employees can message to raise anonymous feedback.
One login through your identity provider
Admins and managers reach CultureMonkey through your identity provider instead of a separate password.
SAML single sign-on
Admins, sub-admins and managers sign in with their corporate identity, and no CultureMonkey password is created or checked. Survey participants never need it: they answer through a personal link.
